About Company
Founded by Kingshuk Giri on 13th May 2012, Tollywood Talkies began its journey with a focus on digital marketing and quickly expanded into film production, completing over 30 films every year. By 2015, the company officially registered as a Film Production House, marking a significant milestone before launching its first project in 2016.
In 2018, the introduction of Public Relations (PR) services and the establishment of T2 Studioz & Academy in Kolkata further diversified our offerings. The following year saw the launch of T2 Marketings, sharpening our marketing strategy capabilities.
Despite the challenges of COVID–19, 2021 brought the launch of T2 Events, focused on event management. As Tollywood Talkies celebrated its 12th anniversary in May 2024, it transitioned into T–Talkies Ventures Pvt. Ltd. — reflecting our growth into a private limited company. Looking ahead to 2026, we will host our own award show: the Film Talkies Awards.

As a contemporary production company, our core values revolve around collaboration, innovation, efficiency, global reach, and resource optimization. Tollywood Talkies primarily operates as a Film Production house. In addition to film production, our affiliated companies focus on promotion, publicity, PR & talent and event management, with bases in Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangladesh.
We stand as one of the largest integrated production houses in Eastern India, actively involved as Line Producers in numerous film projects. In 2025 we opened a new studio floor — Floor 2 under T2 Studioz & Academy — and we are excited to announce the Film Talkies Awards, scheduled for August 2026.
